These terms apply when you use reporails.com, the Reporails CLI and plugin with an account, and the Pro subscription. Please read them before you subscribe.
Who we are
Reporails is run by Mészáros Gábor e.v. (egyéni vállalkozó, a Hungarian sole trader), 1036 Budapest, Bécsi út 85. fsz. 5., Hungary, EU VAT number HU57483085. Contact: [email protected]. More details are in the imprint.
The service
Reporails checks AI instruction files and reports what it finds. The Free plan costs nothing. The Pro plan adds the features described on the pricing page and costs €29.50 per month plus VAT. The VAT is calculated at checkout from your billing address.
How the contract is made
- You subscribe to Pro on the Stripe checkout page we send you to. Before you pay, you can check and correct everything you entered there.
- The contract is made when the payment goes through. You receive a confirmation and an invoice by email.
- The contract is in English. We do not file it as a separate document: these terms, the confirmation and the invoices record it. These terms stay available at reporails.com/terms.
Payment and renewal
Pro is paid monthly in advance by card through Stripe, and it renews every month until you cancel. We never see your card details.
Cancelling
You can cancel Pro at any time on your account page, under Manage subscription. Pro stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, then ends. We do not refund a month that has already started, except under the right of withdrawal below.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract is made.
To withdraw, tell us your decision in a clear statement, for example by email to [email protected] or by post to the address above. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. You meet the deadline if you send your statement before the 14 days are over.
If you withdraw, we refund all payments we received from you within 14 days of receiving your statement, to the payment method you used, at no cost to you.
At checkout you ask us to start Pro immediately. If you then withdraw within the 14 days, you pay for the days of Pro you used until you told us, in proportion to the full month, and we refund the rest.
Business customers
If you subscribe for your business, trade or profession, for example with a VAT number, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
If something does not work
Tell us at [email protected] and we will fix it. If you are a consumer, you also have the remedies the law gives you when a digital service does not work as described (Government Decree 373/2021).
Fair use
Do not resell or share access, try to get around limits, or attack or overload the service. We may suspend or close an account that does, and we tell you why where we can. If we end Pro for any other reason, we refund the part of the month you have not used.
Liability
Reporails results are diagnostic suggestions, and you decide what to change in your files. As far as the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before it. This limit does not apply to harm caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to harm to life, body or health, or where the law does not allow a limit.
Changes to prices and terms
We tell you by email at least 30 days before a price or these terms change for you. The change applies from your next billing month, and you can cancel before it applies.
Complaints and disputes
Send complaints to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. If you are a consumer and we cannot settle a dispute, you can turn to the Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület, 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99. III. em. 310., [email protected]), to the conciliation board where you live, or to the consumer protection authority.
Law
Hungarian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Elállási tájékoztató
Fogyasztóként a szerződéstől a megkötését követő 14 napon belül indokolás nélkül elállhat. Elállási szándékát egyértelmű nyilatkozattal jelezheti, például az [email protected] címre küldött e-mailben vagy a fenti postai címre küldött levélben. Ehhez az alábbi nyilatkozatmintát is használhatja, de nem kötelező. A határidő betartásához elég, ha nyilatkozatát a 14 nap letelte előtt elküldi.
Elállás esetén az Öntől kapott összes kifizetést a nyilatkozat kézhezvételétől számított 14 napon belül, az eredeti fizetési módra, díjmentesen visszatérítjük. Mivel a fizetéskor kifejezetten kérte a Pro szolgáltatás azonnali megkezdését, ha a 14 napon belül eláll vagy felmond, a nyilatkozata közléséig igénybe vett napokra eső arányos díjat meg kell fizetnie, a többit visszatérítjük.
Panaszát az [email protected] címre küldheti, és 30 napon belül válaszolunk. Jogvita esetén a Budapesti Békéltető Testülethez (1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99. III. em. 310., [email protected]) vagy a lakóhelye szerinti békéltető testülethez fordulhat.

Csak a szerződéstől való elállási/felmondási szándék esetén töltse ki és juttassa vissza.
